Beauregard is great for the farrier, easy to clip and bathe as well. Stands still to be saddled, bridled and mounted. Beauregard would be a great horse for any level of rider. He will dog walk along all day if you let him. But he will move on out and gait or lope as well. He is very good gaited and very natural. He also has a great canter. He can lope circles and pick his leads up. Beauregard will neck rein around the best, rides off your legs, has a great woa and a good reverse.
Beauregard is virtually spook free. Point him and he will go. Ride him down the busiest street in town or drop off over a rock bluff and know you are in safe hands. Beauregard crosses all types of water, slippery rocks and fallen trees. He is traffic safe and great around farm equipment. He has also spent a many days checking cows and other livestock so he is definitely livestock safe as well as wildlife.
